REFUND POLICY
The knowledge-based services like Astro reports, Reiki Healing, Tarot reading etc are not refundable. However, if you have any queries related to your ordered report and you are looking for clarification you can ask the same by mailing us at report@askkpastro.com.
Please send the report you got from us in the attachment and your post order queries and you will get the reply in 3 to 5 working days.
For tangible products of any kind there will be refund after the approval of cancellation with in 5 to 10 working days from the date of approval of cancellation regarding which you will be informed by us on your registered email.
You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products within the 5 – 10 Day Money Back policy if you have the original bill and certificate of the product otherwise the cost of recertification and shipping will be borne by you.
The refund will be 100% if you have not used any coupon promo code discount etc and in case you have done so the refund amount will be equivalent as applicable.
In case of a refund on a 5 – 10 working days money back policy, payment of the refund amount shall be done by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 days of receipt of product. If the mode of payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the previous transaction.
