CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel any order placed, except written reports which cannot be cancelled once placed, provided it has not been dispatched.
You are requested to mail us at support@askkpastro.com with your product details order number etc.
Askkpastro reserve the right to cancel or refuse any cancellation request which is having incomplete order details.
The mode of payment used by you shall be credited back in case the cancellation is approved or you can buy any other product of the same amount from us.
The mode of payment used by you should be owned by you as it will be credited from our side, we are not responsible for any illegal use of any other credit card by you.
Do not accept package if the seal is broken or the package is tampered with and inform us with the order id for the same. We will replace the product in due course.
If you are not happy with the quality then also you are kindly requested to write to us so that we can investigate in the matter.
